Revenue Not Credit ("we", "us") helps businesses find commercial funding. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Application details: business name, address, industry, time in business, revenue, amount requested, open advances, and the owner's name, email, phone, home address, ownership, date of birth, and Social Security number.
- Documents you upload: business bank statements.
- Fit-check chat: the messages you type into our AI assistant.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, recorded with your signature as evidence of your consent, and basic logs used to keep the site secure.
Funders need the owner's Social Security number and date of birth to verify identity, so the secure application asks for them. We encrypt them when stored, limit who can view them, and share them only with the funding partners reviewing your application. Never enter these, bank account numbers, or passwords in the chat.
How we use it
- To evaluate which funders may fit your business and to submit your application to them.
- To contact you about your request, including by phone or text only if you agreed to that.
- To keep records required by law and by our agreements with funders, and to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
- Funding partners and their agents, as you authorize in your application, so they can evaluate and service your request.
- Service providers who run this website for us: Cloudflare (hosting and secure storage) and OpenRouter, which sends the fit-check chat messages to an AI model provider to generate the assistant's replies.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and documents as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal and contractual record-keeping requirements, then delete them.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections, and uploaded documents are kept in private storage that only our team can access.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
